    CEO & Co-Founder

    Marketing strategist with 20+ years of experience across the arts, hospitality, and nonprofit sectors. Jean supports mission-driven organizations with audience development, email marketing, event promotion, and funder-ready reporting.

    CFO & Co-Founder

    Artist and arts educator with decades of experience in South Florida’s cultural community. Ignacio brings a long-term view of creative practice, education, and community engagement.

    Creative Operations & Project Management Lead

    Andrea Rivera brings a thoughtful blend of strategy, storytelling, and visual insight to Font Squared’s work. With a background in digital media, journalism, and marketing, she helps keep projects organized, engaging, and creatively strong—from planning through execution.

    Graphic Designer

    Julissa Layne is an illustrator, photographer, and designer who helps shape visuals that feel thoughtful, expressive, and aligned with each project’s goals. Born in Barbados and raised in Jamaica, she draws inspiration from across the Caribbean and holds a BA in Photography from the Edna Manley School of the Visual and Performing Arts.

    Client Success & Communications Lead

    Linh Nguyen supports Font Squared’s client experience with a strong foundation in planning, hospitality, and customer service—helping keep communication and coordination clear, steady, and human. Born in Saigon, Vietnam and based in Maryland, she studies finance at the University of Maryland’s Smith School of Business and graduates with honors in May 2026.

  • Lila Lopez

    Integrated Arts Marketing Specialist

    Lila Lopez supports Font Squared’s event marketing, email list growth, and visual content with a mix of creative vision and analytical thinking—helping projects stay both engaging and organized around clear audience goals. A Nicaragua-born visual artist, she works across painting, illustration, digital art, and animation, and also supports the team as an Eventbrite Certified specialist.

    Content & Event Listings Coordinator

    Yesenia “Yesi” Tefel supports Font Squared’s content development and digital visibility with a bold visual style and a clear, audience-first approach. A Miami native, graphic designer, and muralist, she holds a BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Miami and brings her love of art education into workshops in painting and printmaking.
